Replacement / Refund / Cancellation Policy


Replacement Policy:

Once our technician arrives at the client location (only within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh) and if the water purifier does not pass the quality check or if it has any working issues, a new model is replaced in the place of replaced one.


Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

    1. The product is returned in its original condition.
    2. The return is initiated within 1-2 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Refund Process:
    To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at jagadeesh@ultrafil.in with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Refund Timeframe:
    Refunds will be processed within 4-5 days of receiving the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

Cancellation Policy:

Customer can cancel the purifier at any time before the unit dispatches (only within Telangana & Andhra Pradesh). Once the customer fails to cancel before dispatch, and if he wants to cancel anyways then a penalty amount is levied on the refund amount.

  1. Cancellation Requests:
    Customers may request order cancellations within 2 hours of placing their order. Cancellation requests received after this timeframe may not be accommodated, as orders are typically processed promptly.
  2. How to Cancel an Order:
    To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at jagadeesh@ultrafil.in with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not already been processed.
  3. Cancelled Orders After Processing:
    Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may follow our standard return procedure outlined in the refund policy.
